About the instructer:
Majda is an Accredited yoga alliance YT instructer from saudi arabia, certified in different yoga styles such as Hatha yoga, power yoga and yin yoga, which includes Breathwork, meditation, yoga postures, with the background of traditional chinese medicine, acupressure, Qi gong practices, meridian tapping and healing sounds.
