This style of teaching is solely focused on gaining flexibility. Here we focus on the practical science of stretching our bodies and from there, we use tools and tricks to allow our bodies to open up in order for the muscles and fascia to efficiently stretch. the goal isn’t focused on how fancy the pose looks but more on what our body needs in order to reach it’s maximum potential in flexibility. And from that we gain mobility, protecting and perfecting our bodies ability to move efficiently for the long run.
